- OpenAI Integration: We use OpenAI’s GPT models to analyze lease documents and generate abstractions. Your documents are sent to OpenAI’s API for processing
- Vector Database: We use Pinecone to store document embeddings for the chat feature, enabling you to ask questions about your leases
- Data Retention: Processed data is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure (Supabase) for as long as you maintain your account
- No Training: Your documents are not used to train AI models. OpenAI does not use API data for model training
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Secure authentication using Auth0
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
